When do the minimums apply? Only on lower rents: the $89 Traditional minimum applies below $1,112.50 rent, and the $125 Property Plus minimum below $1,250.
What would I pay on a $2,000 home? $75 a month on Basic, $160 on Traditional and $200 on Property Plus, plus the $500 leasing fee when we place a tenant.
